Personnel Development Lead
We are looking for a Personnel Development Lead to take on the Recruitment, Retention and Staff Development within the Charity.
Specifically, to undertake all Human Resources duties from advertising and interviewing of roles, through to supporting new and current staff. This includes compliance with mandatory training, maintaining Policy and Procedure documentation and ensuring staff have up-to=date DBS and vehicle information. We currently employ just over 20 staff but also have over 100 volunteers managed from our Stamford offices, where the position will be located.
The role includes the on-going promotion of Evergreen Care and will be for 15 hours a week across a minimum of three days at a pay rate (effective from 1st April) of £14.09 per hour.
