 Evergreen is mindful of the value of inter-agency efforts to work together, share experiences, resources, volunteers and finances in order to establish and strengthen the care network that exists within our community.

Evergreen is committed to working closely with such groups, in the knowledge that there is strength in uniting efforts, providing mutual support and better achieving our shared objectives. We are all better equipped when we acknowledge each other's roles and contributions and remain determined to work together to make a very real difference.

There is enormous opportunity for communities to pull together alongside statutory, commercial and third sector agencies. The value of churches, community groups, colleges, schools and businesses contributing in whatever ways they can, all help to raise awareness and strengthen a supportive and caring culture.
