Hand & Nail volunteering roles

Our Hand & Nail volunteers currently provide a lovely pamper treat for older and or vulnerable people within the local Jon Van Geist Unit in Stamford Hospital and care homes. Post Covid, we are again wanting to build up our team of trained Hand & Nail volunteers so that they can provide this lovely service again in our member's own homes. This highly valued and very popular treat offers one to one chat time, an enjoyable experience often considered a great little ‘pick me up’. It a chance for our members to enjoy appropriate physical contact whilst participating in a fun activity.

Massage and manicure training will be provided.
