Home Support Service
Our friendly and professional Home Support Workers are trained and skilled in providing the very best support to ensure you can maintain your home the way you like it. We also help with meal preparation Monday to Friday and can offer to escort and support you to social events and outings.
Following your assessment, we will write a care and support plan with you focusing on how you want to keep your home and live your life. We will then allocate to you a small dedicated team of Home Support Workers. They will attend you regularly providing you with continuity and opportunity to build friendships. They are trained to provide not only domestic, laundry and shopping support but on completion of their Care Certificate are qualified social care practitioners. Many of our Home Support Workers go on to complete NVQ's in Health & Social care. They are trained to deal with emergencies and crisis situations, and work as part of a wider support team in Evergreen.

- 'Pop ins' to check that all is well, these can be 30 minute calls and are ideal when family are away on holiday, just to make sure all is well.
- Companionship & Social engagement outings, appointments, transport & assistance
- Meal preparation, fresh or ready made
- Regular domestic cleaning, including internal windows & Spring cleaning
- Laundry care and ironing
- Assisted online or local shopping or shopping for you
